Someone, sometime ago shared that line with me and it has stuck.
Whenever I procrastinate or avoid doing something, I utter to myself. "Shut-up and dance." Seems to always spur me into action.

-It forces you to say you like or don't like something...life's lived in the gray but it's good for you to have some things black and white...to say something's cool without the disclaimer. Plus it gives you something to start a conversation about. Maybe have a nametag with 10 things you like?
